In these terms, "RemoteBrolga", "we" and "us" refer to the operator; "you" is any visitor; the "website" is remotebrolga.com; an "employer" is the business that offers a role; and a "listing" is that role's description on remotebrolga.com.
No, not at RemoteBrolga. RemoteBrolga advertises roles and introduces applicants to the employers who offer them. The employer, not RemoteBrolga, decides hiring, contracts, supervision, work arrangements and pay. Applying does not create employment with RemoteBrolga or guarantee an offer.
Before applying, go through the whole RemoteBrolga listing: duties, method of work, engagement, eligibility and conditions. Roles can fill or change during recruitment; when RemoteBrolga learns of this, the listing is updated or removed. If you spot an error, email careers@remotebrolga.com and name the role.
Please give RemoteBrolga correct details, and never submit an application for somebody else without their clear agreement. Anyone applying through RemoteBrolga needs to meet the eligibility and right-to-work rules for that role. Complete the form, then send RemoteBrolga HR the WhatsApp message, which only goes once you press Send. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@remotebrolga.com. Before offering anything, the employer behind a RemoteBrolga listing may ask further questions or arrange an interview.
RemoteBrolga does not charge applicants at any point: there is no application, placement, admin or training charge and no deposit. RemoteBrolga is paid by the businesses that advertise. Nobody from RemoteBrolga will ask you to purchase crypto, add credit to an account, pay to access work or send money to receive wages. Please report any such request involving a RemoteBrolga role to careers@remotebrolga.com.
Pay for a RemoteBrolga role is the employer's decision, and no range is a promise of the upper amount. Before starting a role found on RemoteBrolga, get written confirmation from the employer of its legal name, your duties, engagement type, pay rate or method, expected hours and payment timing. RemoteBrolga gives no guarantee of work, minimum hours or earnings.
RemoteBrolga is responsible for its own statements and advertising. Employers are responsible for what they tell RemoteBrolga and for their duties as employers. If RemoteBrolga's ads and remotebrolga.com disagree on something important, RemoteBrolga will check and correct whichever is wrong. RemoteBrolga will not rely on a general disclaimer to undo a specific statement or your rights at law.
The RemoteBrolga Privacy Policy explains how applications are handled. Records held by WhatsApp or an employer are governed by those parties' policies, not by this RemoteBrolga policy.
You must not impersonate anyone, submit false applications, use another person's details without permission, share harmful material or interfere with remotebrolga.com.
Pages on remotebrolga.com may be viewed and kept for personal job-seeking. Please ask RemoteBrolga before using its content in any other way. Images used by RemoteBrolga are licensed stock photos, not pictures of actual applicants or employers.
Links and buttons on remotebrolga.com open third-party apps such as WhatsApp and email, which RemoteBrolga does not control.
RemoteBrolga does not promise uninterrupted access to remotebrolga.com or that a listing will remain open during your application, and may alter or suspend the site without warning.
Nothing in the RemoteBrolga terms removes, limits or alters a right, guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any law that cannot be excluded.
Subject to those rights, RemoteBrolga is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of remotebrolga.com. None of this limits RemoteBrolga's liability for fraud or for anything the law says cannot be limited.
Typos and technical errors can happen, and RemoteBrolga corrects them once aware.
If you breach these terms, for instance by applying with another person's details without consent, you are responsible for resulting loss that is reasonably foreseeable, unless RemoteBrolga caused it.
RemoteBrolga is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as hosting or messaging outages.
To apply through RemoteBrolga you should be an adult based in Australia with work rights. Individual employers can add requirements, which RemoteBrolga shows in the listing or HR explains on WhatsApp. Where an application plainly does not meet the stated requirements, RemoteBrolga may not forward it, and you can ask RemoteBrolga for the reason.
Where a role comes with online training, it is supplied by the employer or organised by RemoteBrolga and costs applicants nothing. Completing the training RemoteBrolga provides helps you understand the work; it does not guarantee engagement, and the employer remains responsible for the work itself.
Yes, you may link to the home page of remotebrolga.com as long as the link does not suggest RemoteBrolga endorses you or your site. RemoteBrolga is not responsible for other websites that link to remotebrolga.com, or for sites you reach from a link on remotebrolga.com. If you find a link that misrepresents RemoteBrolga or its roles, please let RemoteBrolga know at careers@remotebrolga.com so it can be followed up.
Employers who list roles through RemoteBrolga must describe them honestly, follow Australian workplace laws, give written terms before work begins and must not request money from applicants. RemoteBrolga may remove any listing or employer that breaks these expectations, and you can report concerns to careers@remotebrolga.com at any time.
The rest still applies, and not enforcing a term straight away does not mean RemoteBrolga has waived it.
These terms, together with the RemoteBrolga Privacy Policy and Compliance Statement, are the entire agreement about your use of remotebrolga.com.
RemoteBrolga will send notices to the WhatsApp number or email you applied with. Send notices to RemoteBrolga at careers@remotebrolga.com.
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, without affecting any mandatory protections you have.
